Programmes
How is FitNourish different from a regular diet plan?
Every plan is built by a registered dietitian using your medical history, lab data, food preferences and lifestyle. Nothing is generic.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. We adjust your existing meals rather than replace them. You will eat regional Indian foods you already love.
How long is a programme?
You can choose a single consultation, a 1-month plan, a 3-month transformation or a 6-month concierge programme.
Can I switch programmes?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your programme at any review point.
Consultation
Are consultations online or in-person?
Almost all consultations are online via secure video. We have offline meet-ups in select cities for premium members.
Who will be my dietitian?
A postgraduate-qualified, registered dietitian with at least 3 years of clinical experience. We match you to a specialist based on your condition.
What if I don't click with my dietitian?
You can request a change at any time and we will reassign you within 48 hours.
Diet & Food
Will I have to give up rice or roti?
No. We adjust portion sizes and pair carbs with protein and fibre.
Is non-vegetarian food required?
Not at all. Our plans are equally effective for vegetarians, eggetarians and non-vegetarians.
Can I eat out and travel?
Yes. Your dietitian helps you plan restaurant meals, weddings and travel days.
Will I need expensive ingredients?
No. Plans are built around the foods already in your kitchen and local market.
Results & Safety
How fast will I see results?
Energy and digestion improve in week 1-2. Visible weight loss starts from week 3-4 and accelerates from week 6.
Is the diet safe with my medications?
Yes. We coordinate with your doctor for any medication-sensitive plan.
Can I lose weight if I have PCOS or thyroid issues?
Absolutely. We have dedicated PCOS and thyroid programmes with proven results.
Do I need supplements?
Only when your labs and goals support it. We never push unnecessary supplements.
