These terms govern your use of FitNourish services. By signing up, you agree to these conditions.
You must be 18 years or older to enrol independently. Members between 13 and 17 may join with parental consent and supervision.
Our nutrition guidance is educational and supportive. It does not replace medical care. If you have a medical condition, you must continue to see your doctor and inform us of any medication changes.
To get the most from your programme, you agree to share accurate medical information, attend scheduled consultations and be honest about your habits and challenges.
You may not share your account with others, redistribute our meal plans publicly, or use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.
All meal plans, articles, calculators and educational materials are the intellectual property of FitNourish. You may use them personally but not commercially.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for that programme.
You may cancel your programme at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a pro-rated refund where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
